unu dhisto: Create (PGM) image of 1-D value histogram

Usage: unu dhisto -h <height> [-nolog] [-i <nin>] [-o <nout>]

-h <height> = height of output image (horizontal size is determined by number
              of bins in input histogram). (int)
     -nolog = do not show the log-scaled histogram with decade tick-marks
   -i <nin> = input nrrd
  -o <nout> = output nrrd (string); default: "-"
