unu histax: Replace each scanline along an axis with its histogram.

Usage: unu histax -a <axis> -b <bins> [-t <type>] [-i <nin>] [-o <nout>]

-a <axis> = axis to histogram along (int)
-b <bins> = # of bins in histogram (int)
-t <type> = output type; default: "uchar"
 -i <nin> = input nrrd
-o <nout> = output nrrd (string); default: "-"
